CARAMELISED ONION & FETTA TART
Soft, splendidly flavored caramelized onions are the business my friends, and make a fabulous base for savory tarts, a great pizza topping, quiche filler or even as a dip with some lightly salted home made croutons. They’re easy to make – you simply cook the onions super slowly to caramelise their natural sugars & if you add some brown sugar and balsamic, it helps the process along.
