Welcome To My Blog

Do you consider yourself quite the whiz in the kitchen? Do you love great food or a good glass of vino? Are you addicted to cooking and lifestyle shows? Are you hungry?  Have you ever wondered what really happens behind the scenes at your favourite restaurant, café or bar?”

The Hospitality Guru is all about ‘paying it forward’ and educating you; I will be taking you back to basics, getting down and dirty with some of the industry’s best, and worst too, Ill be uniting people who enjoy food, dining out, drinking good wine and are fascinated by the Hospitality culture.

She pioneered a style of guest services and cooking that was an interesting blend of Australasian & European. Her journey is a real eye opener on what it was really like back then.

Having qualified as a chef, cooking for VIP’s, Celebrities, Prime Ministers and the enormously rich and famous from around the globe, I totally knew what an exciting industry I was a part of, but I often wondered…

‘Is this the reason why the rest of the world is fascinated with my industry too?’
