
I have been wanting to cook the couple of salmon steaks sitting in the freezer for a few weeks now & finding myself the lone creator for family dinner this week, I knew these two little beauties would be on the menu.
In my world, almost every food has an ideal companion like lamb & rosemary, know what I mean? Well, salmon & capers are a blissful marriage of tastes that work every time for me & yet I can’t remember ever teaming these two in a risotto.
