There are a couple of topics one really shouldn’t talk about when one is the company of relative strangers, or perhaps one’s coworkers and possibly even on one’s blog.
Such as Politics, the intimate details of one’s life – personal problems and lifestyle changes, your medical history, your salary, wild weekends that led to the worlds worst vomit attack (Sambucca sure packs a punch) that inevitably lead to the worlds worst hangover but that’s another story…. AND, last but not least, Religion. And for the most part, I agree, one probably shouldn’t go there.
However, the request from a client regarding an ice-cream machine; more specifically a counter top, single flavour, energy saving, relatively quiet, fast processing soft serve ice-cream machine, led me down an interesting path I just had to share.
