I love summer don’t you?  All this hot weather means if you miss out on getting out and doing some market shopping before it gets too hot, then you’ve gotta dash out just as they are closing when its a bit cooler, always a hit & miss affair.  But this week we hit pay dirt big time & came home with masses of tomatoes just right for dabbling in a little preserving.  So, I thought I’d share the bounty with y’all.
