MINI PINEAPPLE & PALM SUGAR PIGGY MUFFINS

When I was cheffing, I got to know my regular customers favourite foods and the ingredients they were into, and when I’d create menus it’d always be in the back of my mind to find a dish or two that’d be just for them.  Sometimes I’d find myself getting really excited thinking how much my favourite customers would love it & mentally be thinking “I’ll keep that idea going, Mr & Mrs Smith would love that dish“. RUBICON – THE NATIONAL CAPITAL’S BEST KEPT SECRET

This cozy little retreat can be found nestled just south of the Parliamentary Triangle within the Griffith shops & the funny thing about this favourite haunt of mine, is that it really isn’t that spectacularly designed or cleverly put together at all, because my friends, the food & wine are the stars every time at this fine restaurant.  The simply classic & ever so understated style of decor really pops under the clever lighting & the impeccable all white table settings with exquisite glassware promise’s a dining experience hard to beat.
