BUTTER ME UP – BUTTER CHICKEN TO DIE FOR!

We had the full contingent for Family Dinner this week, which makes for some lively discussions on recipes & flavor pairings, there is nothing like a few Chefs adding their opinions & suggestions to whatever dish has been served up to add to the mix, but I’m happy to say this one went over nicely.

The creamy goodness of Butter Chicken is on every menu in any Indian restaurant in countries all over the world. Depending on where you are, the taste varies from restaurant to restaurant, even in India itself you’ll never find two cooks making the same butter chicken. THE CYCLING CHEF

I thought I’d introduce you to some awesome Chefs I’ve worked with over the years. Naturally I wanted to start by introducing you to a Chef who I’ve worked with from the very beginning, we did our training in massive functions & hotels together, we’ve shared the highs & lows of each others careers & he’s also my best friend & buddy, who just happens to be my not so little brother.

These days Kris is known around these parts as The Cycling Chef because he literally spends more hours a week cycling than in the kitchen & he’s usually one of the first chefs wanted when hotels are hosting international sporting teams because he knows just about everything a chef needs to know on the feeding & eating habits of elite sportspeople from first hand experience.
